Freight Delivery Professional

Job Title:
As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of freight to customers, as well as loading and unloading a variety of freight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely delivery of customer's freight
- Ensure freight and deliveries match up and are consistent with current paperwork
- Constant communication with the depot (manager/supervisor)
- Maintaining a truck log to align with current state legislation
- Operating a forklift
- Manual handling of freight and curtain gates
Requirements:
- Hold a current and valid HR Licence
- Hold a current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Be physically fit to handle repetitive lifting of freight/opening and closing of curtains
- Transport industry experience with general freight carriers is highly regarded
- Experience working in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environment
- An awareness of Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods will be highly regarded
