Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a rewarding role. The primary focus of this position is to treat and manage an existing caseload of patients, working across general musculoskeletal conditions but also to develop specialist skills in treating TMJ and facial pain conditions.
This is a full-time position, and new graduates to senior therapists are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Physiotherapy, AHPRA registration, APA membership, and previous experience working in private practice (desirable).
The successful candidate will be able to build a strong client caseload, demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to clinical excellence, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid Professional Indemnity Insurance and eligibility to work permanently in Australia are essential requirements.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, bonus structure, generous professional development and well-being allowance, ongoing extensive training, dynamic team, friendly work environment, and ongoing weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions and fortnightly case discussions.
We estimate the salary for this role to be between $90,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
What You'll Need:
- Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- APA membership
- Previous experience working in private practice (desirable)
- Ability to build a strong client caseload
- Strong work ethic and commitment to clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in learning niche skills in Physiotherapy in particular TMJ, headaches, neck and facial pain
- Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
