About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Expansion Transaction Manager to join our Data Center Supply Chain team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, procurement, and finance, with a focus on external-facing roles.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of data center expansion activities, including data analysis, budget approval, and contract administration. You will also engage with vendors, prepare business cases for leadership approval, and drive contract execution with our Legal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage infrastructure transactions, including validation of internal stakeholder inputs, vendor engagement, and contract execution.
  • Provide comprehensive support for data center expansion activities, including data analysis, budget approval, and document administration.
  • Assist with site selection process, strategy development, financial analysis, and approval process for new AWS data center sites.
  • Support development of Master Service Agreements, Master Work Orders, Service Orders, and contract amendments.
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication and provide status updates on contract executions.
