The Student Enrolment Specialist guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalizing payment. This role is an important contact point between potential students and BKI, responding to enquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and online. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice to prospective students on course offerings, application processes, and requirements, ensuring information is accurate and understood
- Consulting with prospective students on recognition of prior learning and encouraging and supporting them to undertake a BKI course
- Triaging or resolving student enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, via email, and online, logging all complaints and feedback through appropriate reporting channels
- Participating in targeted lead follow-up to achieve required course enrollments
- Contributing to student-related activities, including open and experience days
We require exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence, experience in an educational environment (desirable), and advanced skills in the use of Student Management software.

Estimated salary: $85,839.39 per annum, based on the location and job requirements.
