Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions. Your primary objective will be to support their return to health and work outcomes by working closely with healthcare professionals, employers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management with support from healthcare professionals
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Conducting Vocational Assessments and injury prevention services

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC Membership
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion
  • Strong time management skills
  • A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
