Lead Educator Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational leadership, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring our educators to deliver high-quality programs.

About You:

  • Acecqa-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be studying towards your Diploma)
  • WA Working with Children Check
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • A strong focus on Image of Child

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS). Additionally, you will have prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
