Job Title: Production Team Member

Description:

This role is responsible for running and improving processes, contributing to innovation, collaborating across teams, and maintaining quality and discipline.

  • Run end-to-end process runs at pilot and production scales, from setup through to harvest, ensuring efficient, consistent, and safe operations.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in real time, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Trial and improve new equipment and processes, providing feedback on performance and reliability, and making recommendations for future development.

  • Keep processes efficient, consistent, and safe through cleaning, maintenance, and optimization, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with scientists, engineers, and operators to transition new processes from R&D into manufacturing. You will share insights and learnings from runs to help refine processes and equipment design, and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on, practical individual who enjoys being on the floor, running end-to-end processes, and solving problems in real-time. You should be comfortable with physical, on-your-feet work and variable hours, including weekend shifts and on-call rotations, and be willing to adapt to changing goals and priorities.

Requirements include ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
