Case Officer, Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people on bail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case support to young people, including engaging with them, completing outreach and supporting case management interventions.
  • Deliver afterhours support to young people, such as transport to school, work, appointments and pro-social leisure activities.
  • Provide technical expertise in electronic monitoring to support suitability assessments.
  • Installation, removal, troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices for young people subject to EBSS.

Working Requirements: This position requires flexibility, as you will work on a rotating roster. You will work either a morning or afternoon shift during weekdays, and shifts will be from approximately 9am to 9pm on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is desirable.
  • A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to the need to travel within the state.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment by the applicant.
