Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Repco Treendale. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter.
  • Build effective customer relationships and be the helpful person to talk to.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store.
  • Have a safety mindset and strive to provide a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Be passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in automotive.
  • Demonstrate friendly, helpful, and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive mindset and take initiative.
  • Be available to work on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with overtime available.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (essential).
