We provide 24-hour neonatal care to the Greenslopes Maternity Service and Special Care Nursery, showcasing our commitment to providing top-notch care.
We specialize in growth and development, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to the management of complex paediatric patients.
We employ experienced allied health professionals on location and have an extended network of professionals off-site to integrate into the multidisciplinary team, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive service.
About You- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or higher
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
As the Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing early intensive therapy, occupational therapy services, and addressing developmental or learning needs for children between the ages of 2-18 years.
You will work closely with other members of the clinical team to provide a transdisciplinary service, helping children achieve meaningful participation in their everyday settings.
The service supports families in identifying and building on a child's strengths, interests, and capabilities, while delivering excellence in care and promoting the practice effectively.
The role will entail service delivery from clinic-based settings as well as community visits where appropriate, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work.

- Administer Occupational Therapy assessments, develop and implement therapy plans for any speech and language referrals
- Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
- A commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
- Adopt and embrace company values and philosophy
- Commitment to work as an effective team member
- Ensure all communication is completed in a professional and polite manner, to all internal and external stakeholders
- Participation in peer supervision to ensure services respond to family need and best practice principles
