Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CPersonnel. As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling export sea and airfreight operations and customer service, including end-to-end management of export booking processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange bookings with sea and air carriers
- Invoice shipments in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status
- Provide quotations to clients as required
- Manage export sea and air operations, including FCL and LCL experience
- Handle a high volume of emails and customer queries
- Think and act quickly to resolve issues
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Work in a team environment and independently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in export sea and air operations
- Knowledge of Cargo Wise I System is preferred but not essential
- Ability to handle a high volume of emails and customer queries
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a team environment
