Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a part-time Cleaning/Housekeeping Supervisor to work on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10am to 3pm, moving between properties on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect areas cleaned by cleaners and rectify any issues to ensure high standards.
  • Report to management after each inspection, detailing required rectifications, maintenance needs, and damage found.
  • Notify contractors of underperforming jobs and recognize outstanding performances.
  • Supervise and train cleaners.
  • Check stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment, and report to management for restocking.
  • Maintain organized and safe cleaning equipment, materials, linen, and amenities.
  • Receive deliveries and restock shelves when necessary.
  • Cover absences and perform cleaning duties when needed.
  • Provide guidance to contractors working on site.
  • Manage large cleaning projects as required.
  • Liaise with clients and guests daily, resolving issues and answering queries.
  • Communicate with clients regarding property readiness for guests.
  • Handle client keys and return them to lock boxes or key boxes in a timely manner.
  • Report to management at the end of each day, detailing completed tasks and pending work.

Requirements:

  • Desired experience as a Cleaning or Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Necessary experience as a cleaner and/or housekeeper.
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable car availability.
  • Availability every weekend (day shift only).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team worker.
