About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and take over an existing territory of flooring retailers in Western Australia.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with established retailers, promoting our products, and providing merchandising support. With autonomy to forge strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets.

Dealing with customers requires excellent communication skills, a personable approach, and a strong customer service focus. As a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, you will possess a background in sales and preferably experience or knowledge of hard floors.

You will be part of our growing team, supported by a high-quality product range and marketing/POS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us and take your sales career to the next level.

What You Will Do

- Maintain relationships with existing retailers and build new ones

- Promote our products and provide merchandising support

- Identify new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets

- Develop and maintain effective communication with customers

What You Will Need

- Background in sales

- Experience or knowledge of hard floors (preferable)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
