About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Community Mental Health Service at Latrobe Regional Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination of high-quality mental health services to consumers and carers.
  • Operate the Community Mental Health Programs 0-25 and 26+, including the Acute Community Intensive Support team (ACIS), Recovery Team, Mental Health and Police Response (MHAPR), and administration staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Team Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Leads, and General Manager to ensure effective service coordination and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Division 1 Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in mental health nursing, or equivalent qualification in social work, psychology, or occupational therapy.
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent registration.
  • Competency in utilising computer technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership and management roles, particularly in mental health services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
