Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Click and Collect Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional click and collect experience for our customers while driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process click and collect orders to drive sales targets
  • Keep customers informed on status updates
  • Undertake picking and packing activities
  • Drive a positive customer experience
  • Undertake hygiene checks to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Support sales team to drive sales and replenish stock on a need's basis
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing click and collect orders from start to finish
  • High level of customer satisfaction
  • Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with a high energy sales focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric
  • Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc
  • Knowledge of 12v systems, highly regarded
