About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Novotel Canberra. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Arrivals and Departures: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transactions and personalized service.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain High Standards: Maintain high levels of professionalism and accuracy in all accounting functions, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Resolve Issues: Actively resolve guest challenges presented during shifts, showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
