About the Role
  • Lead a team of junior lawyers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful outcome of cases
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, including workcover, CTP, public liability, and sexual abuse/assault matters
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and provide updates on their cases
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 4-10+ years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex cases and achieving client goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
