Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include studying technical drawings and specifications, identifying required processes and machining settings, and verifying dimensions and clearances using precision measuring instruments. The professional must also be skilled in operating machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines, as well as cutting, bending, threading, and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and systems. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting up guides, dies, and shaping tools in presses and textile machinery when applicable.

  • Study technical drawings and specifications to identify materials and required processes
  • Verify dimensions, clearances, and mechanical accuracy using precision measuring instruments
  • Operate machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, milling machines) to shape and finish components to fine tolerances
  • Cutting, bending, threading, and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and systems
  • Setting up guides, dies, and shaping tools in presses and textile machinery as applicable
