Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes is a vibrant hotel that offers a unique blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service. As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of our hotel during the overnight shift, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your role will involve handling transactions, providing local insights, and anticipating every detail to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Guests: Champion the experience, recognize IHG One Reward Members, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Balance the hotel's systems and accounts, manage guest billing and payments, and follow cash handling policies and procedures.
- Room Service: Prepare and deliver overnight room service orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Brand Standards: Adhere to Crowne Plaza's brand standards and Health and Safety requirements.
- Guest Issues: Resolve guest complaints and ensure a positive experience.
- Porter/Concierge Duties: Conduct porter/concierge duties, maintenance, and housekeeping requests overnight.
- Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with daily events, group activities, and guest feedback, and familiarize yourself with the hotel's offerings and local attractions.
- Team Support: Assist the wider hotel team with other duties as required.
- Night Shift Availability: Predominantly work night shifts with the ability to work day shifts as required.
- Flexibility: Flexible with nights, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in a Guest Services/Administration/Reception position preferred.
- Certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, First Aid certificate, and Responsible Person accreditation or willingness to obtain.
- Qualifications: Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Business Administration related field preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 23kg, involving bending and kneeling.
