Job Description

We are seeking exceptional individuals to support our premium parking and concierge services during the festive season.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our team, delivering seamless and professional experiences for customers across our Westfield destinations.

  • You will provide top-notch service to customers and retailers.
  • You will greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
  • You will safely park and handle customer vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • You will maintain smooth traffic flow in the valet area.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
  • Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
  • Safely parking and handling customer vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • Maintaining smooth traffic flow in the valet area.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International).
  • Flexibility to work shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal).
