Job Description

The Y is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a School Readiness Funding Coach.

  • Work closely with centre-based staff to develop and submit their SRF plans.
  • Track and monitor each centre's engagement and completion of their SRF plans.
  • Deliver coaching and mentoring to each identified site in line with their SRF plans.

This is a part-time role, three days a week on a maximum term contract. Officially based at Box Hill, the organisation is flexible with the location as the successful candidate will work across Vic Centres and from home (WFH).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Education qualification.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
  • VIT registration in addition to WWCC clearance.
  • Australian Children's Foundation Online Safeguarding Children Certificate.

About the Role

This role requires extensive knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework and experience in teaching.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the National Quality Framework with particular reference to national quality standards areas 1 and 5.
