Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with fibreglass and aluminium materials, and be able to manufacture ladders that ensure safety in various industries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ladder Assembly: Assemble extension ladders using fibreglass and aluminium materials.
  • Drilling and Riveting: Perform drilling and riveting tasks as part of the production process.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Hand Tool Experience: Knowledge of hand tools (drills, riveters, etc.).
  • Work Drawings: Ability to follow simple work drawings.
  • Attendance: Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit, as some lifting is involved.
  • Long-term Commitment: Strong interest in a long-term career.
