About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing personalized treatments to our residents in a residential aged care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support residents' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
  2. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to promote functional independence and quality of life.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  2. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  3. Australian working rights.
  4. Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
