Aged Care Clinical Lead

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of person-centred care to residents. As a key member of our empathetic and caring clinical team, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily clinical operations of the care home.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical operations of the care home including managing person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents
- Support and lead the care home clinical team in delivering high-quality care
- Review clinical incidents and complaints ensuring appropriate actions are taken
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments to ensure quality care standards are met
- Current AHPRA registration is essential
- A bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification is required
- Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience managing at least 30 beds is necessary
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care is essential
