Enterprise Risk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise risk management framework.

  • A comprehensive approach will be taken to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To design, implement, and manage a best-in-class enterprise risk management framework.
  2. To develop and maintain a proactive compliance program that stays ahead of regulatory changes.
  3. To create insightful risk dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  4. To lead a targeted internal audit and assurance program to verify critical controls are effective.
  5. To champion risk-aware decision-making and provide expert guidance to empower managers and staff.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of establishing or maturing an enterprise risk framework in a fast-paced environment.
  • 8-15 years of experience in risk, compliance, or internal audit, with a focus on building and embedding risk management systems.
  • Broad domain knowledge spanning multiple risk areas, including financial controls, operational processes, technology risk, and ESG.
  • Experience developing risk dashboards and presenting complex information to senior executives and board members.
