Job Description:
  We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including those related to battery minerals and plant optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  

  • \
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, electrical and instrumentation design specifications, detailed designs, and work packs/scopes of work.\
  • Lead and motivate teams, overseeing and coordinating the work of junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.\
  • Conduct early-stage studies for electrical and instrumentation systems, including proficiency in electrical system calculations.\
  • Review and mark up technical drawings and provide construction and commissioning support.\
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, electrical and instrumentation design specifications, detailed designs, and work packs/scopes of work.\
  • Manage site investigations, scoping, commissioning, and contractor management.\
  • Familiarize with relevant Australian Standards and regulations.\
  • Expertise in the design and specification of electrical and instrumentation equipment for hazardous areas.\
  • Experience conducting early-stage studies for electrical and instrumentation systems, including proficiency in electrical system calculations.\
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, overseeing and coordinating the work of junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.\
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (HAZOP).\
  • Project management skills.\

  • Experience with studies and FEED.\
  • Registered/Chartered Engineer status, with RPEQ preferable.\
  • Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems design.\
  • Experience with electrical and instrumentation systems commissioning.\">
