Labourer Position Overview

This role focuses on offering an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious and able to thrive within a team or independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic labouring duties, including shovelling, digging trenches, and using compactors, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ensure site cleanliness and maintain a safe working environment.
Essential Requirements
  • Current and valid driver's license highly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required as many sites are inaccessible by public transport.
  • White Card and Pass DAS certification essential.
  • Unlimited work rights necessary for this position.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week expected.
  • Previous drainage and roadworks experience advantageous.
  • Physical fitness to perform strenuous labour tasks a must.
  • Quick Cut tickets desirable but not essential.
