About the Role

As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants. You will apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.

  • We provide comprehensive induction to develop foundational skills and understanding of interdisciplinary teamwork in the first month.
  • You will receive one-on-one clinical supervision from experienced mentors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have a current SPA Registration and recently completed a degree in Speech Pathology. A NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings are also required.
