Job Summary

A fast-paced opportunity to lead switchboard operations in a dynamic hospital environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of switchboard services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and oversee rostering to ensure efficient communication services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive service excellence.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Implement work instructions and maintain switchboard infrastructure.

  • Confident and capable professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and commitment to applying EEO and WHS principles.
