The Installer - Carpenter is responsible for delivering and installing appliances while maintaining a steadfast commitment to Safety, Service, Cost, and Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule arrival times with customers
• Measure and quote for appliance upgrades and cabinet adjustments during visits
• Install kitchen and laundry appliances (dishwashers, rangehoods, microwaves, fridges)
• Customise benchtops and cabinets for new appliances
• Dispose of old appliances and packaging
• Employ trade expertise to solve any issues for customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year carpentry experience and certification
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer focus and safety orientation
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Results-driven with proficiency in computer applications
• Experience with appliances or furniture is a plus
