Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Machinist to work on multiple projects, including long-term maintenance work and shutdowns.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, utilising their mechanical skills and knowledge.

Purpose of the Position

The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for mechanical work and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To perform mechanical fitting and machining tasks as required
  2. To work effectively in a team environment
  3. To maintain high standards of safety and quality
  4. To contribute to the success of the company through effective teamwork and communication

Requirements:

Trade Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Construction Industry White Card

Current Police Clearance (obtained or willing to obtain within the past 12 months)

Licence Requirements:

A current drivers licence

Other Abilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
