We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy and current membership with SPA. They will also have experience working with children and/or disability, and confidence in their role with children and their parents. Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills are essential in this role, as they will work in a culturally diverse environment.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will be part of a close, connected team who share a passion for working with children and their families. The role involves providing speech therapy services in clinic, out in the community, or via telehealth, offering true flexibility and time for team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to children and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
