We're seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our team in delivering high-quality counselling services. As a Counsellor, you will empower individuals, couples and families with your skills and work collaboratively to make a real impact.
About the Role- Deliver trauma-informed, client-centred counselling services, ensuring clients receive support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups to promote healing, growth and development.
- Manage intake and assessment processes efficiently, ensuring accurate data collection and record keeping.
- You bring experience in contemporary counselling techniques and a strong understanding of Domestic & Family Violence, Child Protection and Family Law.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrated computer literacy ensures seamless integration with our systems.
