Female High Intensity Disability Support Worker

We offer in-home support services for individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and a high quality of life.

This role involves delivering tailored support to maximise the skills and abilities of our clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide overnight care, ensuring the client's safety and well-being throughout the night.
  • Assist with PEG feeding and other medical procedures as required.
  • Aid clients with mobility challenges through proper manual handling techniques and exercises.
  • Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities to enhance overall well-being.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean living environment by assisting with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
  • Employ strategies to manage challenging behaviours, prioritising the client's safety and dignity at all times.
