Our multidisciplinary team prioritizes communication and collaboration to facilitate safe discharge from hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a 32-bed surgical ward caring for patients undergoing Orthopaedic, Plastic & Reconstructive, Gynaecological, General, Breast, and ENT procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize patient and family needs and ensure safe discharge.
- Support learning and teamwork within the ward to meet the needs of a busy surgical environment.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Refer to Statement of Duties for full selection criteria details.
- Permanent, full-time position with shift work.
- Salary range $78,179 to $105,995 per annum (pro rata).
- Employer 12% superannuation contribution included.
- Access to Grade 4 salary range subject to progression.
- Postgraduate allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
- Travel and relocation assistance available.
