A physiotherapist with experience or new graduates is required to provide physiotherapy services in Mount Isa QLD.
This organisation has been providing culturally competent allied health, aged care, mental health, and wellbeing services for over 30 years. They are a vibrant not-for-profit organisation with strong community connections and a commitment to supporting healthier people.
As part of a supportive, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, you'll provide physiotherapy services in collaboration with a range of other Allied Health professionals. You'll get to treat based on clinical need without the barriers that are often present in a private practice model; offering long-term treatment and prevention strategies.
- Administering muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests to identify and assess physical problems of patients;
- Designing and evaluating treatment programs to address patients' issues; and
- Treating patients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, restore joint mobility, and improve balance/coordination.
- You should be a registered physiotherapist or have relevant qualifications and experience.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
- Competitive salary + super + salary sacrificing up to $15,900.
- 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading.
- $180/fortnight rental subsidy (Mount Isa only).
