The Role

We are seeking a conscientious and diligent Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team immediately on a permanent full-time basis for the PM shift. Based at our warehouse in Forrestfield, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support in fulfilling inventory requests from picking to shipment in our chilled warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient picking and packing services for chilled warehouse inventory
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment of inventory to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory coordination role, preferably with perishable goods
  • Ability to safely carry out manual tasks, including hand unloading of containers
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and public holidays
  • Current LF Forklift Licence (advantageous)
