About the Role

The Youth Minister will play a vital role in animating the spirituality and faith formation of youth, promoting attitudes based on Gospel values. This position involves providing faith formation and leadership opportunities to youth within the Parish, school, and broader community, while developing a strong sense of faith amongst youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate outreach events and engage students in further formation opportunities beyond the school context.
  • Work with teachers to implement the CSYMA Curriculum and additional classroom catechesis where required.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills in all aspects of ministry with young people.
  • Organize and coordinate events, programs, and activities that promote spiritual growth and development.
  • Collaborate with school staff and community members to create a supportive and inclusive environment for youth.
