Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated beauty professional to work in our retail environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Making every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Ensuring customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
  • Demonstrating the value of our membership to our customers.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
