As a Customer Service Expert, you will be part of a welcoming team delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with customers, providing sales and service transactions, managing high-value transactions, and promoting our products and services.

">Key responsibilities include performing customer sales and service transactions, managing high-value transactions accurately, conducting and processing identity services transactions, promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, assisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costs, and building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
">Requirements
">We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who loves working in a team environment. You will need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, as well as be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
