  • Precept and mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Utilize practical knowledge of laboratory procedures and guidelines to collect various samples.
  • Perform routine, urgent, and emergency care, adhering to professional standards.
  • Triage and provide medical advice to patients within the scope of practice.
  • Conduct vital signs assessments, including blood pressure and weight checks, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and urine sample collection.
  • Receive, dispatch, direct, and file relevant mail, laboratory, and x-ray reports.
  • Maintain the clinics' facilities to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery.
