About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to provide outstanding sales and service to customers via face-to-face interaction and calls. As a key member of our team, you will balance multiple priorities, including team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences for high satisfaction and first call resolution.
- Provide timely information on everyday banking enquiries and account openings.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by listening, building trust, and asking questions to improve their outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values people, customer, and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in delivering high-quality customer experiences, commercial acumen, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to self-development.
