  • Unload trucks and trains safely and on time: Ensure that all loads are discharged efficiently without compromising the integrity of the plant or posing risks to personnel.
  • Conduct thorough inspections: Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials to maintain the high standards of our port operations.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks: Keep plant equipment in excellent working condition to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and address potential issues: Anticipate and mitigate any problems that may arise during the loading/unloading process.

Requirements
  • Valid and current licence: Possess a valid operating license for heavy machinery.
  • Verification of competency: Demonstrate proficiency in operating Front-End Wheel Loaders and other relevant equipment.
  • Relevant VOC's: Hold relevant vocational certificates for machinery operations.
