About the Role

The APS6 Business Analyst will play a key role in the Fraud Fusion Taskforce, working under limited direction to undertake complex work guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and precedents. The position has reasonable autonomy and accountability to exercise initiative and judgment to interpret legislation and policy, applying practices and procedures to achieve outcomes within the functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative, and policy environments.
  • Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
  • Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements, including efficiency, improvement, and performance outcomes to optimize customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain audit and risk processes, controls, and undertake issues resolution.
  • Support case management system data quality monitoring, analyzing data, and assisting in developing FFT reporting structures.
  • Undertake day-to-day analytical work and project management on a range of tasks, including supporting analyses and ad hoc requests.
About You

You'll be a high-performing Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills, able to demonstrate experience as a conduit between business areas, sharing information with a broad range of stakeholders. Your previous experience in establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes, dashboards, and management systems will be highly regarded.

Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Willingness to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check and completion of the Agency's screening checks, including the Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NV1 Security Clearance.
