About the Role:

The Investor Relations team is responsible for building and maintaining effective communications between the organization and the investment community.

This includes establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that key messages are conveyed to achieve a fair valuation for the company.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager to plan, develop, implement, and execute key aspects of the investor relations program. This includes supporting onsite meetings/calls with analysts and investors, gathering market feedback and news, and summarizing relevant research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior management during onsite meetings/calls with analysts and investors.
  • Gathering market feedback and news, and summarizing relevant research.
  • Establishing relationships with finance team members and serving as an ambassador for Investor Relations.
  • Drafting responses to inquiries from analysts, investors, and the general public.
  • Supporting the quarterly earnings process, including financial analysis and Q&A research.
  • Contributing to additional investor presentations as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, corporate finance, sell-side, buy-side, and/or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint – and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
