This challenging and rewarding senior theatre manager role offers an experienced perioperative nurse the opportunity to lead a high-performing operating theatre team in a growing environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the operating theatres and related recovery facilities, including rostering, resource allocation, problem solving, and mentoring staff.
- Roster management and resource allocation to ensure efficient patient care.
- Mentoring and developing staff to uphold policies and professional standards.
- Contribution to quality improvement initiatives and best practice.
- Leadership within a collaborative team and participation in a 7-day roster including on-call shifts.
The department supports a wide range of surgical specialties and involves day-to-day running of the department such as resource allocations, problem solving and mentoring staff.

- Leading day-to-day operations of the operating theatres and related recovery facilities.
