Job Opportunity

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores during the Festive Season.


Key responsibilities include supporting store teams to meet customer needs, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels. You will embody our desire to engage and guide customers to products that meet their needs.


You will welcome customers into our spaces and deliver an exceptional customer experience through intentional interactions.

Requirements
  • Ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but some customer service experience is ideal
  • An interest in learning product knowledge
  • Flexible availability throughout October – February, including late-night and weekend trading hours

These roles are casual in nature, commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.
