We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Aldinga Pharmacy team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing customers with expert advice and assistance. Casual Pharmacy Assistants are encouraged to work across multiple locations, allowing for varied experiences and skill development.

As a Pharmacy Assistant at National Pharmacies, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose - Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintaining store presentation and ensuring stock levels meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.

To excel as a National Pharmacies Pharmacy Assistant, you will consistently demonstrate:

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to diverse customers with various health and well-being needs.
  • Able to build rapport with customers and teammates.
