We are seeking a seasoned Digital Customer Experience Manager to spearhead our digital channel efforts and drive exceptional customer interactions. This role is perfect for a passionate and innovative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven by the challenge of enhancing customer experiences through digital channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, driving volume and growth.
  • Ensure our digital channel delivers exceptional experiences end to end.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously assess and refine digital strategies to maximize customer and organisational goals.
  • Design and oversee a comprehensive digital channel roadmap that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital channel management and user experience.
  • Proven experience in digital customer experience management, particularly in mobile channels.
  • Strong background in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals.
