We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Aged Care Support Workers in the Metro West Adelaide area. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centered care and support to our elderly clients, empowering them to live independently at home for longer.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, delivering tailored care and support services that promote their independence and dignity.
  • Your day will involve assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, personal care, and social support, ensuring our clients feel safe, comfortable, and connected.
  • You will also provide emotional support and respite care, helping our clients manage challenging situations and maintain a positive quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support services.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • An empathetic and patient approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
